Ahoy Club aims to become the market leader through its commitment to seamless processes and the highest levels of client service.In my role as a Senior Charter Broker & Gerante of the French division, I held responsibility for handling client relations, yacht charter enquiries, yacht owner enquiries and on boarding of new members. • Making contact with generated leads and incoming potential clients daily to increase client growth.• Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching issues and providing solutions and/or alternatives. • Creation of itinerary planning for our clients, preferences, and any other requests leading up to charters. • Building sustainable relationships, a broad network of contacts & engaging with new and current clients• Contributing to the acceleration of current marketing strategies with online marketing and Social Media. • Sales related marketing content to improve customer service strategies. • Logistics around Ahoy Club events in the Mediterranean and sourcing relevant collateral and assets. • General administration of the French office relating to the Gerance of the company, including employment and payroll, bank & financial operations,

• Payroll and crew salary management for a fleet of 20+ superyachts: detailed discussions with Captains to ensure crew payroll calculations comply with MLC regulations, completion of monthly fund requests to Owners and their teams, liaising with offshore employers to ensure the process goes smoothly every month. • Setting up crew/seafarer employment contracts (SEAs and CEAs), crew termination of contract letters & crew qualification checks & renewals. Ensuring all employment contracts are legally sound • Managing crew recruitment end-to-end process, liaising with yacht owners & captains/head of departments. • Creating and placing job adverts & using social media to find qualified & experienced candidates. • Advising candidates about yachting industry via Skype, phone and mostly face to face meetings. • Interviewing applicants for each job opening, background and reference checking. • Facilitating negotiations between clients and candidates and maintaining the crew database (6800+ candidates) • Flight, restaurant and hotel reservations for clients and crew • Client concierge: occasional shopping & yacht provisioning, arranging flower deliveries, catering to special requests • Yacht berth bookings along the French & Italian Riviera • Event planning – highly involved in organising all company events • Front of house, greeting clients and crew, general admin& phone handling • Creating various content for social media
