For more than 25 years, I've been a record breaking leader in sales for some of New York City’s most successful real estate firms. After completing her studies in NY and London, I worked in Design Consulting and Administration in the fields of construction and architecture. I began leasing apartments in Bayside, New York where I established strong relationships in the community. Recognized by a syndicate of developers they relocated me to Philadelphia as the Director of Marketing for The Drake Tower. This exciting project involved the rehab of the famed Drake Hotel, a 1929 landmark they converted from a hotel into a Luxury Residential tower. Thereafter I worked for one of the largest brokerages in NYC and became the #1 rental agent which then led to being promoted to Manager of Luxury Residential Leasing. Recognized for my dedication, I am proud to have received the famed "Deal of the Year" Award from the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). A Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, previously I founded my own brokerage firm, Lorett Vigon & Company, in 2002. After a decade, I was sought out and brought The Vigon Team to Citi Habitats’ Gramercy office in Spring 2013. As of 2019 The Vigon Team now occupies the 39th floor at Bond New York Real Estate. The Vigon Team operates similar to a boutique brokerage, offering "white glove" service to all of their clientele—from students and their families to my own network of high net worth individuals. I bring over 25 years of relationships, industry knowledge and resources to assist all buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants— a recipe for success in any market.
