With over two decades of nursing experience, my journey has led me to become a dedicated Surgical Services/IV Therapy RN at McLeod Health Cheraw, where I've honed my expertise for more than five years. Our team is committed to providing top-notch patient care, leading our system in patient experience scores, leveraging skills in workflow and EPIC use to enhance operational efficiency. For the past 6 months, I have enjoyed working for a local primary care practice onboarding as their part-time Chronic Care Management Nurse, with the goal of pursuing this change in career. My patient communication, chart review, health coaching and patient education skills have been put to great use. Previously, as a Staff Nurse in Cardiology, I developed a strong foundation in patient chronic care management . My core competencies lie in patient-centered care, customer service, and a steadfast commitment to health and recovery.
