My professional trajectory started at AECOM in Chesterfield, MO, where I grew from being a Senior Operator to a Lead Operator in Traffic Management. My tenure from May 2014 to August 2022 was marked by leading teams, efficient communication, and ensuring streamlined operations. Now, I am channeling my leadership skills as a Supervisor at Kapsch. Here, I manage key operational metrics, mentor new hires, and work closely with different teams to ensure optimal traffic management. My role emphasizes making data-driven decisions, promoting positive work environments, and aligning with client expectations. To further complement my skills, I hold proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
