Architecture occupies the space we live in. Ceramics takes on a tri-dimensional space and is more forgiving and welcoming of the shape due to the natural relationship with the hand and the material properties. With my obsession with whimsical fleeting moments, I encourage potters to get in the mindset of firmly mold clay without too much stress and embrace the imperfections.
