Chair morning meeting, collating all medical information needed for assessments. Document via paper and computer ( Audit and read code accordingly) Liaise with all outside agencies from NHS providers to Ministry of Justice establishments.Deal with general day to day enquirers via email or telephone . Attend and document monthly meetings . Collect and date enter all MHIT MDT assessment ( twice weekly ) onto computer.Collection of all time sheets and submit via Smart payroll system.Attend all relevant training courses. Clinical Governance, confidentiality etcCreate appointment clinics and maintain booking system and monitor waiting lists. Show less

Assist the manager in the general running of a busy Health centre.My duties include Oragnising staff rotas ( Gps and ANPs ) holidays sickness, banking , sage accounts.Miquest Liaising with other practices /outside agencies.Attend patch meetings/General meeting. Chair NMINC meetings with Lead GP.Attend training courses when neccessary.I also work at a sister Practice two days a week, as Acting Manager.

Left Hope Hospital (Ultrasound ) and was given the oppurtunity to work as a receptionist at Unsworth. At the time was closer to home . I was very lucky they had a good training regime and offered training courses to their staff. I was promoted to Snr receptionist in 2007. Unfortunately it was only part time and with with my children at college . I decided that I needed more hours and more challenges.
