June 2012 - Present –Team Lead of Post Sale/FC Special Services, a combined department which includes overseeing all post sale processes of PA and NJ judicial foreclosures; which includes monitoring a caseload of approximately 400 cases to ensure that the Sheriff’s Deeds are recorded and any required warranty deeds to FNMA, HUD, VA, etc. are prepared/recorded and any required title policies are ordered/issued. Additional duties include overseeing USDA and HUD Commissioner Foreclosure cases, USA collection cases, senior lien and tax sale monitoring, and any related processes. Department currently consists of five employees. Department is managed by using various reports to ensure necessary tasks are completed in an efficient manner to ensure that established timelines are met. Responsibilities also include addressing staffing issues, completing employee evaluations and providing executive management with weekly detailed breakdown of caseload and related tasks that were accomplished and are coming due. April 1999 – May 2012 – Starting out as a Foreclosure Paralegal in the Service Department, I gradually transitioned into managing various departments within the firm; including Bankruptcy, Administrative Support and Referral. Duties included report-based management of processes and timelines, training and delegation of tasks, employee evaluations, communication with clients and third parties. I also maintained a workload, which included preparing, filing and recording legal documents; maintaining client websites, electronically updating/documenting case files, etc.
