For almost 12 years I was a Clerk Typist for Church Mutual Insurance Company.This company sells insurance to churches. I assisted the sales agents and customers with their needs. I also maintained as aspects of the office including opening, sorting and routing the mail, answering and screening phone calls, ordering supplies, filing, etc. During my tenure at Church Mutual I used many office programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point as well as Lotus Notes.

I altered and hemmed clothing sold at Buckle.

Greeting clients, scheduling appointments, setting up new patient files, contacting insurance companies for pre-certification, processing insurance claims, filing, corresponding with insurance companies, entering payments and claims into Medi-Soft program, etc. This was a temporary - part-time job.

Processed all new employees paper work, filed insurance claims, filing, greeting customers,assisting the plant superintendent and other office personnel with their needs, etc.
