I provide corporate support to three of our 21 Spectra locations in the United States. At the corporate level, we analyze customer financial information, evaluate and manage lines of credit for new and existing customers, make sound business decisions to increase and support sales, reach and maintain company goals through the collection process and problem resolution, provide daily and weekly reports used for benchmarking and goal setting, and provide top quality service to all levels of customers both external and internal.

Addressed Finance and Merchandise Accounting training needs as assessed in the needs analysis process. Since this was a new department, assisted with the strategic planning process to set priorities, ensure consistency throughout all company training, develop department goals to align with the company’s mission, vision, and mission statement. Developed and facilitated customized training for accounts payable/receivable, procurement, and diversity. Our department was responsible for designing a learning curriculum for multiple new processes and new systems including the development of training deliverables, facilitating the training sessions for adult learning, and providing tools for better job performance. We developed and managed complex project plans for each assignment to ensure timely and accurate results.
