As a lecturer at Queens College it is my responsibility to develop lectures that appropriate for the material being taught in each class. In addition I develop exams that test whether the students fully understand the material being taught. I also lead discussion and try to engage students in their coursework. Lastly I counsel students in how to improve their work or what other courses might best augment their education.

As I lab assistant I helped develop various studies, including my own thesis, which investigated whether there is an association between ADHD and Obesity.Before I could create the tasks for the studies prior research had to be conducted, and proposals written. To generate and create the computer based portion of studies I used Media Lab, SPSS as well as Microsoft Excel and am proficient in all of them. After participants were ran I then had to do data analysis to see if there were significant statistical findings. For my thesis I then wrote a detailed scientific paper based upon our findings and methods.

I worked for the Brown family all throughout my time as a student. My responsibility included the care of three young boys. I helped organize their schedule in addition to planning various events. I also helped with organizing the family for travel and with their move to Washington D.C. This job taught me various skills including multi-tasking and improvising.
