Current• Human Resources – Create and process new hire paperwork. Conduct new employee orientation. Maintain all new employee documents. Maintain and update Policy Manual.Responsible for tracking and processing employee performance 90 day and annual appraisals for completion by Management Team.• Benefits – Coordinator and enrollment of all eligible employees for health insurance and 401K.• Policy Creation/Interpretation – Maintained and created company policy, advised management and staff regarding policy guidelines and interpretation. • Recruitment - Screen applicants, conduct preliminary phone interview and coordinate scheduling of on-site interviews. • Reports – Create various administrative reports for tracking human resources, credentialing and on request by the Management team. • Payroll – Review and correct employee time cards daily. Process payroll bi-weekly. Enter new hires and make changes to employee payroll data as necessary.• Doctor’s Commission – Processed all applicable reports and entered computations in excel spreadsheets for monthly commission calculations for review/approval by Manager.• Credentialing – Process all paperwork to add or maintain providers/doctors with multiple insurance companies to obtain in-network status eligibility.
