Some of the highlights of my key achievements are listed below: - Whilst working for Avery Dennison I was given a project to arrange the sales training roll out plan for Sales Teams in 11 locations across Europe, Dubai and Turkey There were approximately 20 separate training sessions with up to 65 people per session. I co-ordinated all the logistics and I received the feedback that the operation had been exemplary, and I had overcome any hurdles with ease and efficiency. I organised the very first celebrity auction and Gala Dinner for 450 people for a charity which was a huge success and received media attention as well as raising a lot of money for a great cause. Assisted in the organisational logistics for a Footballer’s Testimonial match at Old Trafford which turned out to be an exceptional event which I also attended. I achieved the prestigious award of membership of the company 5-star club, whilst working at Zurich Financial Services for going above and beyond my role and putting processes in place. I along with the other members of the Five Star club, attended a fantastic team trip to Paris.At Zurich I participated and arranged various successful charity projects along with my colleagues such as painting a nursery, helping a school in Nottingham to build a pond and helped another primary school to run their annual race day.I engaged in a victorious team project and presented it in Dragons Den style to the CEO of Zurich Financial Services and main Board of Directors.
