- Assisting customers to make their selection by advising on the features and benefits of products that meet their needs.- Participating in formal and informal training sessions to build knowledge.- Demonstrating a knowledge of the key products within and across our brands.- Assisting in taking in and giving out prescriptions as per standards and process as required.

Maintaining the residents activities of daily living in the following areas:- Personal hygiene, grooming, manicuring and oral hygiene.- Assisting residents’ with challenging behaviours, by participation in the development and implementation of an individually designed management plan.- Facilitating mobility, by assisting with walking, use of wheelchairs and other aids and transfers.- Supporting and assisting residents with food and fluids as required.- Assisting with treatments, such as simple dressings, application of ointments and creams and undertaking basic observations as required.- Assisting the nursing staff by observing and reporting promptly any changes in the condition or wellbeing of residents.- Performing other duties within scope of preparation and as directed.
