Manage Associate Manager, Medicaid Administration and outsourced consultants to ensure all Medicaid invoices are processed in a timely manner and no interest is incurred. Responsibilities include logging of all Medicaid invoices into a status log, scanning invoices for outsourced consultants to have access to assigned States, reviewing and approving all Medicaid federal and state invoices. Perform analysis to determine offer price on Medicaid supplemental contract based on Preferred Drug List position. Review Medicaid supplemental contracts for execution. Track Medicaid supplemental contracts to ensure supplemental contracts are renewed. Manually calculate rebate per unit and confirm accuracy in I-Many Medicaid based on J-Sox compliance. Perform analysis on impact to Medicaid and PHS prices based on price increase scenarios provided by Value & Access Department. Developed reports to track Top 10 Medicaid States, as well as supplemental contract performance. Led a team in the calculation of Monthly AMP, Quarterly AMP, Best Price, and PHS prices in Model N. Participated on team for the Model N upgrade, which included testing of the system. Worked with outside consultants in the re-calculation of quarterly AMP for 12 quarters outside of the three year period on a newly acquired product. Created and updated Medicaid accruals on a bi-quarterly basis based on price increases and unit growth provided by Marketing Finance.
