• 2 months contract position under extension• Wholesale & retail of medical supplies with around 30 employees• AR aging and follow up with outstanding bills, SAP daily payment applications, HSBCnet direct debit checking, monthly statements preparation, resolve customers’ phone and email inquiries

• A multinational corporation listed on NYSE, with around 1200 employees in Hong Kong and Macau• Was promoted 2 times during the five years’ service, last position was Assistant Manager that was promoted a year before departure• Monthly cash forecast and quarterly cashpool balance reconciliations• Assisted in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing• Internal control: half reported to the Controller for annual SARBOX and other related annual filing, ensure company policies are in compliance with parent and APAC standards, prepare analysis and research for control issues and maintain the log to follow up closing issues on time.• Contract Accounting: review contracts signed for booking purpose (30-50 bind documents per month including change order), project/job close analysis, monthly cost review meeting, maintenance of Record of Sales, quarterly large contract review analysis• Accounts Payable: final checking of MER (Monthly Expense Reports, 300-400 reimbursements per month) & AP payments (around 7000 bills per month) in compliance with Internal Control policy• Global JDE (ERP) Implementation: assisted my supervisor, who was in charge of the system implementation project, for the whole process that last around a year; my duty was, but not limited to, provide training for end-users, phasing time management, act as liaison between consultants and end-users, etc.
