Identified participants’ annual goals for success and integration in communities, and ensured all participants satisfied their goals• Supervised and provided training for 6 special needs participants who were volunteering with an Arc employer partner• Identified and resolved problems effectively to meet participants’ needs, and adjusted the Individual Plan accordingly• Documented participants’ daily activities, and wrote end-of-month summaries on participants’ progress• Ensured each participant completed all work at worksite per contract specifications and to the satisfaction of employer• Liaised between the Vocational & Day Service Program at Arc and the Arc employer partner
