Technical Support Analyst
Current• Manage changes to test, development, and production environments. Make sure changes are planned, tested, approved, and tracked. Offer patches and services packs to clients proactively and quickly after release and ensure they are installed quickly when approved.• Manage and resolve incidents to SLA guidelines. Able to identify root causes and manage resolutions and fulfilled service requests in a timely fashion. • Ensure batch runtimes and online performances are optimal for clients.
