- Led a team of five Deputy Directors for Operations, covering the regions of Asia/Middle East, Latin America, West Africa/Haiti, and East/South/Central Africa, and indirectly managed a field finance and administration staff of over 60 people.- Facilitated regular coordination and troubleshooting between operations-related departments to ensure high quality and timely support to address field needs and challenges related to human resources, information technology, finance & administration, donor compliance, and other operational issues such as registration or security.- In close coordination with the Senior Director for International Finance and the Senior Manager for Financial Reporting and Analysis, ensured that finance and administration functions in the field were operating smoothly and efficiently, that budget, forecast, and budget variance guidance are followed, and that the regional and country finance and administrative staff are performing to expectation.- Contributed to setting of operational strategies, policies, and procedures. Ensured roll-out of policies and procedures at field level by working with directly supervised staff to ensure policies are disseminated to all accountable staff; developing plans to train staff in policies/procedures; and assessing where additional support is needed. - Coordinated the compilation of up-to-date information related to field office operations (such as registration status, office and warehouse leases, vehicle and telecommunications equipment inventories, etc.) needed for headquarters’ functions such as bank account management, global asset and liability insurance, risk management, and donor compliance.

Led headquarters-to-field coordination to manage and implement major agriculture and food security programs in Niger, Burkina Faso, Kenya, and Uganda, including opening field offices, coordinating recruitment and onboarding of project teams, and supporting IT infrastructure installation, annual financial and programmatic planning, grants management, and project implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

Field support for emergency program design, monitoring, and evaluation (deployments in India, Pakistan, Indonesia, and Haiti).Serve as the CRS Advisor for Accountability and Impact Measurement as a part of a six agency Emergency Capacity Building Project (ECB).
