Used SolidWorks to design, develop and release deliverables for manufacturers of commercial baking equipment. Used AutoCAD for plant layouts and dxfs used by laser cutter. AutoCAD and Inventor were used to create GA, P&ID’s, flow sheets, and 3D confined space piping layouts for the design and manufacture of biopharmaceutical process equipment. 3D submittal drawings were turned into detail, spool and assembly drawings for piping system/skids. Compared approved designs to manufactured equipment throughout the project lifecycle. Updated drawings and BOMs with accurate revisions for as built drawings and customer documentation. Created weld maps for quality control documentation of non-destructive testing to meet FDA and cGMP standards.

The roofs were built from structural shapes and plate that had been welded into sub-assemblies, and assembled in the field with fasteners. Used MathCAD, Excel and custom visual basic programs during the design process, and AutoCAD 2005 for 2D general arrangement, fabrication drawings, and for 3D solid modeled assembly and installation drawings. Customer approval drawing packages submitted using Adobe Acrobat.
