Marketed the concept to apartment owners, property managers, on-site personnel, furniture rental companies and the public.Designed and programmed first database in Q & A, and subsequently redesigned and programmed database in Microsoft Access which is still currently being used. Interviewed, hired and trained independent, NRED (Nevada Real Estate Division) licensed consultants (agents).Handled accounting in Quick Books...billing and collections, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, budgeting and forecasting, payroll, and taxes.Produced all camera-ready marketing materials using Microsoft Publisher and other applications.Assisted local and relocating clients locate their perfect apartment in wonderful Las Vegas!Established and oversaw new branch locations throughout the valley.Oversaw all business operations as a small business entrepreneur. Started on the ground floor of a start-up company in Denver, Colorado. Hired as rental consultant. Promoted to manager where I trained employees and increased sales at three Denver locations where productivity had declined. Given the success I was able to achieve in the Denver offices, I was permanently assigned to a open the new territory in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
