I am thankful to have been nominated as ITA Talent Enterprise Professional of the Year 2022 for my achievements with Indigenous Recruitment, which has been extremely rewarding and a crucial step towards reconciliation, diversity and equality. I am an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor with vast experience from the Higher Education/Healthcare/ Vocational and Scientific sectors, having worked in the internal corporate and agency environments in Australia and Europe. For the last year at RMIT I have had the honour of being able to focus on Indigenous talent sourcing and engagement for key identified and targeted roles across the University.
