Served as a liaison to the corporate benefits department for benefits administration. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations concerns, addressing long-term challenges and day-to-day issues, escalating when appropriate. Conduct background checks, determine drug screen result decisions, and conduct terminations for all voluntary and involuntary terminations.- Successfully analyze and identify trends in employee exit interview data working with managers to develop opportunities and programs for improvement in retention and morale. - Partner with senior management to achieve staffing objectives for current and future business direction, including identifying training and development opportunities. - Collaborate with re-market team, employee and management team on all re-marketing activities for current employees to identify new opportunities upon assignment completion.- Managed education and training for multi-site North American Oracle implementation, identifying all project tasks related to education and training for each US site. Conducted executive overview sessions with senior management at each site. Accurately analyzed and tracked training statistics. - Completed site analysis to identify end users, recommended courses and delivery methods as well as identified training staff. Mapped Oracle end user roles to courses and educated super-user community on role assignments for courses and system security.- Designed Microsoft Access database to assist in mapping students to courses via role mapping.- Developed Oracle Executive Overview material and conducted sessions for senior management.- Served as Regional Education Management Lead from 2008 – 2009 and as Scheduling/Logistics Lead from 2007 – 2008, focusing on both Oracle and SAP HR implementation.
