Key member of Financial Management Transformation team. Responsible for Global Reporting Center of Excellence, supporting user base in more than 40 countries and leading key strategic initiatives. Innovate and transform legacy processes and platforms and develop new tools and capabilities for emerging business needs. Lead internal analysis for senior management with regard to potential operating models, cost considerations and human resource consumption.• Manage approximately 50 direct and indirect resources dispersed across the globe to support over 3500 reports and dashboards across multiple PS and SUN General Ledgers, 15 Hyperion Planning applications, HFM and Essbase cubes. Solutions include end to end reporting tools including, but not limited to Oracle Business Intelligence, Qlikview, Qlik Sense, Hyperion Reporting, Smartview, CUBUS and Workiva WDesk.• Lead Finance-wide transformation initiative to provide an integrated solution across process, technology, data and governance to address longstanding limitations and support better access to reporting data and metrics in a more efficient and consistent way• Serve as primary liaison between Technology and business groups. Work with Technology and relevant business units to redesign and reengineer current systems and processes in an effort to enhance accuracy, efficiency and controls. Negotiate priorities across department heads to determine the allocation of Technology resources and appropriate sequencing of efforts. Host ongoing communication forums to discuss status, progress and to assess risks/issues and determine relevant risk mediation.

Lead and manage enterprise-wide system implementation projects, ensuring that responsibilities and functions are clearly defined and accountability is enforced. Ensure that expectations of various project sponsors are understood, communicated, managed and met. Coordinate all planning, execution, management and communication efforts across multiple departments to achieve common goals.

• Defined global reporting strategy through the delivery of OBIEE+ (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition Plus) throughout the US and enabled delivery of these tools for EMEA, LatAm and Asia regions• Responsible for the Enterprise rollout of a shared metadata management tool; DRM (Data Relationship Manager) in an effort to drive consistency in reporting structures across the financial enterprise. Led effort to rationalize existing metadata and define guiding principles for governance over these structures. • Led re-design of Enterprise Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) application to better reflect MetLife’s updated global operating model and to reduce the risks of reporting inconsistencies due to manual processing.

• Streamlined monthly and quarterly financial close process by reducing close time by 7 days.• Managed implementation of Corporate consolidation system; including complex customizations and automation of existing manual processes. Responsible for ongoing support and enhancement/change management of consolidation systems and PS.

• Responsible for design, configuration and testing of operating expense, inter-company chargebacks and corporate overhead allocations in PeopleSoft application. Led effort to evaluate and improve overall system performance of allocation processes

• Responsible for gap analysis, requirements, design, build and test and deployment of PS financials applications
