I have been a teacher for 15 years now. Ten of those years have been at Head Start. I have also taught First grade and Kindergarten. Additionally, I have coached basketball, worked at the after-school program, and taught RTI reading classes. I also have tutored Kindergarten through College students.I have my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with Early Childhood Education, Reading, and Early Childhood Special Education Endorsements. I have completed my Master's Degree in Differentiated Instruction and taken Masters classes on Trauma-Informed Yoga, Trauma Informed education, and Yoga Mindfulness.I have an associates of Business Management degree with emphasis in accounting and an associate in Early Childhood Education.When not working my full-time job, I also work part-time at BestBuy as a sales associate, tutor students during the summer, author products on Teachers Pay Teachers, and have traveled to teach professional development classes on Creative Curriculum, Process Art, and Using Yoga in the classroom.I have now started teaching ESL as an Adjunct Instructor for DMACC. I have teaching for a year at DMACC now. The classes have been taught over Zoom three night's a week. I am very familiar with Zoom now. I have also become very well versed in teaching ELL students.
