- Coordinate and supervise the activities of accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation, invoicing, job costing and payroll- Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc operational and financial reports for review Responsible for general ledger maintenance including opening and closing accounts, coding, reviewing, approving and posting of general ledger transactions, bank reconciliation- Liaise with key stakeholders including vendors, suppliers, customers, financial institutions, CRA and WCB- Prepare all statutory reporting and payment requirements in compliance with government regulations and requirements- PSA Accounting
