I'm energetic, analytical and passionate about my work. Having more than 30 years experience in IT and having worked in several areas of IT has made me a highly talented IT Risk-Security Identity Access Management Administrator. My IT career has covered, Computer Operations Analyst, DBA, Software Systems Administrator, having administered several large 3rd party software applications and systems. and last but certainly not least, IT Risk-Security Identity Access Management which is where my passion and talents lie.Most recently;Key player in the analysis of determining the solution, requirements gathering design and implementation of the IAM solution (Identity Access Management) participating in all aspects of the system.Senior Team Lead for the Identity Access Management team;I providing mentoring and training to the those working in Access Management and to those teams whose work and systems integrate and are impacted by Access Management. I provide technical expertise on projects, providing critical information pertaining to risk and security, as well as provide information to assist and help with access and provisioning needs if so needed by the project. My involvement on projects allows me to assess any potential risks and to make these risks known so they can be reviewed, mitigated or eliminated before implantation. Understanding the wide range of systems and applications gives me the ability to know when systems or applications my be impacted by upcoming changes or upgrades. Strong understanding of Active Directory, Exchange integration and the integration with Exchange and Office365. Using Microsofts best practices for the architecture for our Active Directory setup helps with maintaining the structure of this system as well as the other systems that integrate with Active Directory like, shared network shared directories and files and the set up of the NTFS permissions.Develop, implement and enforce, Security, for Company and Access Management policies, standards and guidelines.Strong ability analyze requests to determine the appropriateness or provide alternative solutions when appropriate.
