Highly motivated employee and top performer with 18 years of experience (6 in a supervisory capacity) who has a passion for leadership and process improvement, equally comfortable with strategic planning, employee growth development and hands on commercial negotiation.The first part of my career was spent as an individual contributor working on sourcing events, contract negotiations and relationship management in the Corporate Support and IT Support space. This was a great time of growth and development regarding equitable contractual and commercial arrangements as well as effective communications with both internal and external audiences. During the second part of my career I was able to leverage all at I had learned in the contributor role to guide and develop the teams that were entrusted to me. My focus shifted to employee development, process improvement and change management, knowing that through these efforts I could drive greater value for my organization. While my focus was on supervision during this time, I continued to make my own development a priority by gaining professional certifications and working along side my team to support our internal business partners.
