As the Division Director of Human Resources at Kentucky Public Pensions Authority (KPPA) since June 2022, I lead a team of HR professionals who provide strategic and operational support to the organization's 200+ employees. I have a Certificate of Management Fundamentals (CMF) and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, which I use to create and deliver effective presentations and communications to various stakeholders. I have over twenty years of experience in HR, including three and a half years as the Assistant Director and almost two years as the Division Director at Kentucky Public Pension (KPPA) where I am involved in various HR functions, such as recruitment, benefits, payroll, training, and employee relations. I collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to align HR policies and practices with the organization's mission and vision.
