Process three-way-match invoices and expenses. Create an AP aging report in Excel for payment approvals. Cut checks weekly. Enter AR Invoice credits. Track Certificates of Liability. Utilize JDA software, MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

My responsibilities and skills include three-way match, research packing slips/invoices that do not match, coding GL accounts on non-PO invoices, data entry of all invoices, cutting and mailing checks, filing, balancing and reimbursing petty cash, tracking freight expenditures in Excel and report quarterly, prepare quarterly Use Tax filing, prepping wire payments, processing Journal Entries, communicating with purchasing department, receiving department, management, and vendors, and work closely with auditors. At year end, I process 1099's, and prepare data for R&D research project. We implemented ACH payments and positive pay transactions. I use MS Word and Excel, Lotus Notes, Max, and Great Plains Dynamics.
