Senior analyst responsible for enhancements, maintenance and production support for an on-line, real- time Mainframe Retail Demand Deposit System. This system provides access to account maintenance and relationship processing for over 380 branches and requires heavy interaction with users to identify and resolve problems. Contributed to all aspects of the development of a large scale on-line and batch Retail Demand Deposit System utilizing IMS DB/DC and DB2. It included design, analysis, coding, testing and modifications requiring consistent interface with users to determine their needs and priorities. This system provides a complete retail customer account database and offers more attractive packages and products. Major responsibilities included the incorporation of Passbook Savings processing into the Retail Demand Deposit System, General Ledger processing and the reporting of interest for 1099 processing. Participated in the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of an on-line Referral Processing System utilizing IMS/MFS. Actively participated in the conversions for major bank acquisitions.
