During my involvement in ExxonMobil's Cybersecurity Project at their Baytown Chemical Engineering (BTEC) Location, I wasinitially hired as an installer through Cynet Systems. However, I quickly expanded my role in the program by creatingautomated scripts to streamline the installation process for all sites. Additionally, I created a comprehensive overview ofSentinelOne for my site and was requested to develop one for all sites. This documentation was later combined with theoriginal materials to form the S1 LabLAN Operations Guide. Working closely with the IIT Cybersecurity head, I madesignificant contributions to the fine-tuned optimization of processes for LabLAN S1 Support across the company, globally.Throughout the project, I confidently took on multiple responsibilities, such as managing the project, developing,scheduling, testing, and implementing a migration to SentinelOne from Symantec End Point Protection. I expertly oversawthe installation and testing of SentinelOne on over 1000 machines on their LabLAN Network and was appointed as theProject Team Lead. Upon completion of the project, I created thorough training and handover documentation andconducted handover meetings to ensure a smooth transition for the new Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to steady-statesupport.
