My responsibilities as GM of Ward Parkway Shopping Center are many. The day to day property management of AP, AR, maintenance issues, tenant retention, marketing, leasing, personnel management for the ownership are completed as my role as GM. I also am the Executive Director of the WP CID and serve as the contact for all CID inquiries from the public. I currently lead the onsite redevelopment of Ward Parkway Shopping Center, our team has completed more than $20 Million in the Shopping Center redevelopment, such as new facades, new interior corridors, new concrete sidewalks, new signage, new hardscape, new asphalt parking, new upgrade in LED lighting on the interior and exterior of the property, demolition of the former Dillard's' building and parking structure and rebuilding a new parking area on the South End with carports for our shoppers. I assist with leasing of new tenants and all work daily with the tenant construction work required by the Landlord. In addition to monthly reporting to the ownership, I prepare all lease analysis and construction analysis for the ownership.
