An engaged and enthusiastic advocate and supporter of people with disabilities. Working tirelessly to enrich the lives of those with disabilities in an effort to create for them a more meaningful experience in this world. Working to partner with individuals, businesses and philanthropic agencies to come alongside The Arc of Weld County to support it's mission and vision. Launched several community events to build brand awareness, including but not limited to the "No Limits Football" camp in partnership with the University of Northern Colorado and the Unified Summer Basketball League in partnership with Future Legends Sports Complex. Connected with UNC Football to become the inaugural charity organization supported through Colorado Coaches for Charity.

The Northern Colorado Down Syndrome Association (NCDSA) started off with just a couple of parents who were determined to bring together families in Northern Colorado who have a loved one with Down syndrome. Since then, we have grown to an organization that serves hundreds of people throughout the Northern Colorado area.As an all volunteer organization, all of our annual proceeds go directly back to supporting families by offering scholarships (medical, educational, recreation, unified sports, and Lincoln's Legacy), club programs, future walks, various events and support groups.Have helped raise between $80,000 - $100,000 annually through the Down Syndrome Walk.
