Lead the reorganization of the Talent function (Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition) for the 64,000 employee System. Conducted significant research into best practice organizations to produce a comprehensive road map for development of talent at all levels of the organization.

Responsible for leadership of all human resources functions for the 5 hospitals in the greater Los Angeles area.

Responsible for oversight of all HR functions at Stanford Hospital and Clinics. Also was a key architect of the development of a Service Excellence initiative and development of a new Leadership Development program.

Provided oversight to all functional areas of Human Resources in several of the different hospitals within the System. Partnered in developing a Service Excellence initiative at one hospital where we saw the turnaround of patient satisfaction from the 14th percentile to the 95th percentile. At the time of a merger with another system to form Banner Health, served as the point person for the integration of the Human Resources functions between the two systems. Served as the lead for the Arizona Region while also serving as the HR Administrator for the largest hospital in the Region.
