The primary objective of a Senior Case Manager is to assess Sarasota Housing Authority families interested in the ROSS Program and determine their needs. The Senior Case Manager will refer families with urgent needs to community resources and work with them to address these needs. Work with more stable families to create a five (5) year self sufficency plan and meet regularly with the family to document benchmarks toward achievement. Familes that are pending relocation will receive more concentrated efforts and assistance in order to facilitate a smooth, successful transition into new housing as well as working with families to assist their move back to the redeveloped property if desired.
