My years as an executive assistant have been by far the most rewarding position I've held. My personality, paired with my skillset of organization, timeliness and excellent communication helps the executive I assist focus on the larger responsibilities and lead the organization with focus and freedom, which in turn results in a rewarding work experience for me. I love leading people, keeping tasks on time, and making sure the standards of the requests are met. I have the ability to run a meeting with poise and kindness, all while achieving the objective. I lead with relationship in mind first, which develops a good rapport with not only professionals superior to me but also employees I work with.My background in graphic design helps me identify the quality and effectiveness of a project. I have experience in branding, graphics/web, email marketing, print, social media content, website development and e-mail campaigns. I also enjoyed project managing. My favorite part of this experience was helping my team solve problems with elegant solutions which translates into excellent customer relationships and results in positive impact on the bottom line of my employer and our clients alike.
