I run a shift, and I am responsible for maintaining the flow of our semi-truck loading operation, filling, emptying and sanitizing silos, and maintaining loading and unloading operations in our warehouse. I compile daily reports and analyze sample information, as well as documentation and reporting of monthly inspection and performance parameters.

I worked at People's Church for 11 years and wore many hats during that time. My main responsibility was to handle church accounting, but I also grew to love many of the duties that were not actually under the umbrella of office manager. However, I am someone who sees something that needs to be done, and I will do it. It was this attitude that actually led me to discover new skills and talents I wanted to tap into, leading me to my current endeavor hoping to land a software development position. I enjoyed using Adobe Illustrator to design anything from logos to graphics for web/apps to printed materials such as a bulletin, sign, etc. My job description at the church included, but was not limited to: Accounting: church finances, handling deposits, accounts payable, payroll, and reporting financials to our elder board. In-office: Scheduling for pastoral counsel, setting an agenda and keeping minutes for weekly staff meetings, financial aid requests, offering encouragement and prayer to members who stopped in. Communications: preparing the weekly bulletin(design/print), emails, push notifications, web & app updates, design/publish digital sign content(Scripture memes, upcoming events, MP4 videos, etc.), monitor of calendar, no conflicting events, prep the facility(ex: food, paper goods, supplies, tables & chairs, cleaning, etc.).Sunday service: setup of the facility(cleaning/yard/setup), queue announcement slides, lyrics for songs, verbal announcements, receive electronic donations. Set lineup for communion and offering messages, confirm and prepare them before taking the stage. Large events: Financial reporting, organization, main contact. Design/prepare signage, programs, T-shirts, gift bags, etc. Missions Trips-Over seas to ministry: Finances, itinerary, budgeting, flight schedules, payments, and communications with our in-country missionaries who would be hosting our team. I loved my job, but I am excited for a new opportunity!
