As part of my art therapy practicum, I have been planning and implementing art & wellness workshops across the province to the various campuses of the College of the North Atlantic. These sessions offer staff and students opportunities to use art as a healthy means of relaxation, stress relief, and to create and identify healthy coping mechanisms for difficulties we may be having.
