I am passionate about connecting organizations with information-related resources in order to build institutional and educational capacity. In my current position, as Associate Director of External Engagement at the University of Michigan School of Information's Engaged Learning Office, this includes managing the client engagement and satisfaction process from developing relationships with University and external stakeholders, to soliciting and scoping client-based course and program projects that impact organizations and provide learning experiences for students, to evaluation of these efforts and implementing ongoing iteration and improvement. In my work at the Internet Archive, I relished the opportunity to work for a mission-based organization and help libraries, archives and other institutions support their own missions by archiving the web. I have promoted web archiving best practices by leading in-depth trainings, writing documentation and speaking at more than 30 regional, national and international conferences as lead presenter, moderator, or panelist.
