Proud to serve 30 years in the Airline Industry.Currently supporting the Employee and Alumni Services team as HR Records and Strategy leader. My primary responsibility includes connecting various Health, Welfare/Benefit & HR pillars by means of an employee support strategy. Doing so results in Business Process Improvements and elevating the overall employee experience with their HR engagement. With HR Records, my focus is to ensure responsible and timely management of our employee’s data records with heavy focus on digitalization and ever ready preparedness in the event of an audit. At Delta my experience also includes IT Service Delivery Program Management and Strategic Initiative Leader for the Revenue Management, Data Analytics and Loyalty Technology team. My focus was to lead various organizational teams through Digital Transformation and improve the customer Self Service experience.
