Managed high volume of Employee Navigator implementations for our clients and set them up for open enrollment success. Supported our brokers to ensure our clients understood how to leverage Employee Navigator for every-day use (onboarding, employee and dependent enrollments, terminations, etc.). Troubleshooted and resolved issues/discrepancies.
