Responsibilities included researching, writing and submission of grants consistent with the needs of public and private schools throughout Michigan. Responsibilities consistent with that of a high school building administrator including: recruitment and enrollment of students; preparation and maintenance of a working budget; supervision of staff and volunteers; development of effective professional development for staff, parents, and the community; researching and pursuing alternative funding sources; participation in community groups such as the Clare County Collaborative Council in addition to forming other collaborations

Responsible for interviewing, assessments, and investigation services in all domestic relation's matters. Required skills included crisis intervention, conflict resolution, mediation, effective case management, training, public relations, data collection and analysis, thorough documentation, oral and written communication and court testimony.

Responsible for providing intensive, in-home based therapy with families at risk. The skills required included both the uses of concrete and counseling services, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and mediation with all age ranges. Additionally, responsibilities included submitting documentation of client contacts, preparation and presentation of written reports and recommendations, data collection and analysis, and court testimony.

Responsible, at a statewide and regional level, for intake/referral services, interviewing, assessments, investigations of “rights” violations, conflict resolution, mediation, provided professional development and consumer training.
