About Lori Malan (Evans)

I am an assertive, compassionate and organised Biokineticist, personal trainer and pilates instructor. I have a Brittish Passport. I am good at communicating and am passionate about exercise and wellness. I have experience with neurological conditions and orthopaedic rehabilitation. I have been in practice for 9 years and have worked with a broad range of injuries and illnesses.I have completed my BASI comprehensive Pilates course and am passionate about teaching on the equipment (especially the wunda chairs, cadillac and reformers). I completed my Pilates research paper on Triathletes. I have also completed a BASI Pilates Through Pregnancy and beyond course and enjoy teaching pre- and post-natal clients.I also enjoy working with general shaping, toning and weight loss clients.
