As a Senior Strategic Account Executive in the Key Accounts Middle Market segment (150-4,999 lives), I am responsible for setting the strategic direction and retention of clients. I am currently managing a book of business with both Fully Insured and Self-Funded clients .I have over 40 yrs of experience within the health care industry that includes administrative and account management responsibilities for large and complex clients on both a multi-site and local level. The Regional Trainor position involved managing seven offices in the Midwest and training all internal employees on various systems and policy interpretation and set-up for Medical Insurance Policies. This position also included testing upgrades/enhancements to systems and attending training sessions in the Corporate offices and doing some training for new hires Nationally.
