•Manage a portfolio of government contracts in support of corporate government contracting needs including divisional sales goals;•Serve as principle point of contact with government agencies and Government contracting authority for contractual matters;•Maintain and help improve company-wide government contracts management program;•Serve as a principal point of contact on assigned government acquisition contract management activities within the organization as appropriate, including managing resellers, DAPA, VA national standardization, ECAT, FSS, BPA and other government contracts;•Implement and maintains compliance with government contracting requirements, including those associated with the Price Reduction Clause, Trade Agreements Act, Industrial Funding Fee (IFF), Small Business Subcontracting Plan, System for Award Management (“SAM”) government contracting database and other requirements;•Ensure necessary documentation has been developed and retained for contract management processes and standards as required by law and policy;•Coordinate with other functional departments as necessary to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and associated government contracting requirements;•Utilize and monitor systems and controls for government contracting processes;•Review and analyze customer solicitations and requests for proposals, and manage all contractual aspects of proposal preparation and submission, including negotiation of contractual terms and conditions with government customers;•Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures;•Maintain strong relationships with internal government sales leadership and external Government customers
