My first foray into research was at Stanford University, where I earned my PhD in Communication and PhD Minor in Psychology. Over the next 13 years – including time at SurveyMonkey, TaskRabbit, Zendesk and Samsung – I uncovered actionable insights for national and global organizations that led to improved performance in product development, target marketing, brand health, advertising effectiveness, sales messaging, content marketing, and the acquisition, experience and loyalty of users.More recently, I began an exciting new chapter in my 19-year research career as VP of Survey Science at Press Ganey.
