Dedicated to leading team members to achieve goals through successful order management and customer service, supporting business changes and continuous improvement.In 2010, Lori accepted the position of Customer Service Supervisor overseeing both the Order Entry department and RPG DSD Customer Service. During her current tenure she has successfully led through a cross training process to include all aspects of the Order Entry roles and responsibilities. She has successfully taken on the auto-extraction of all routes nationally and successfully brought the role into the department with cost savings. Lori's professional expertise includes knowledge SAP, Supply Chain. She has also trained and supported users in order to complete day-to-day transactions. Since 2015, Lori has managed the National Warehouse Customer Service team and has been involved in numerous successful warehouse implementations. Her team of nine successfully manage National banner accounts both retail and foodservice and smaller accounts providing exceptional customer service from order to cash. The team manages customer expectations on a daily basis to ensure customer expectations are met. Most recently Lori participated in the successful transition of the Kraft and Ultima brand names into the customer service department.
