I have been a Pfizer employee since 1986 in the various roles of Professional Health Care Representative, District Hospital Representative, District Manager, Senior District Manager and Regional Manager. I spent the first 19 years of my Pfizer career in the Roerig Division as a sales representative and manager, and transitioned to both the Neuroscience Division and Powers Division during my disrict management tenure. I also spent 3 years in the Specialty Division with Psychiatry until 2011. I am currently the Regional Manager for the Midwest Cluster 1 portfolio for the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois and Missouri. Career highlights include 7 Summit Awards, Pfizer Hall of Fame, Great Manager Award, 3 Situational Leadership Awards, numerous leadership councils, advisory councils and regional and national sales awards. I have a passion for people development, teambuilding and enhancing leadership skills for self and others. I am fortunate to work with incredible colleagues at Pfizer who elevate me everyday. My core belief is that we must "Dwell in Possibility" at all times. To focus on what is possible, rather than what is impossible. I am proud of my colleagues, my company and the work that we do.
