My over 32 year practice has been devoted to Elderlaw, estate and trust planning and administration, estate and income taxation, estate and trust litigation, prenuptial agreements and adoption (representing both adopting parents and birthparents). Encompassed within the area of Elderlaw is assisting clients with long-term care planning (including Medicaid qualification issues), qualifying for VA Benefits (such as housebound and aid and attendance benefits), special needs trusts, planning for incapacity, guardianships and conservatorships, and nursing home rights.
