As a KiwiSaver Specialist I proactively contact some of our most vulnerable clients to help them achieve better outcomes.Each call presents the chance to add value for our clients. My role at BNZ is to cross reference customers are fully compliant with the law change in July of 2017 and ensure they have the adequate self certificate saved on file to pass.I work with Excel, back office systems and tailored BNZ programmes to check this information. My position within Silver chain HR, entailed all aspects of Recruitment administration such as compliance and reporting.
